Today the teams had a tough day. The stage was rather short, but the roads were more then horrible. The team’s started early, in the dark and some got lost. The first 100 km were alright: a new motorway.
Later that day the drivers had to leave the motorway and got into a sand track, with stones and rocks, dust, wind, heat. Sometimes the drivers could not see the opposite traffic and the cars where full with sand within half an hour. The cars drove with and average speed of 25km per hour.
